What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Bank Transfer and Cash on Delivery only. We do plan to offer Visa, MasterCard and local e-wallets like easypay.

How do I apply my Discount Code aka Coupon Code?

Discount codes can be applied to your order at Checkout. Enter your discount code into the Coupon code field on checkout, above your grand total. Once you hit 'Apply' your discount will be deducted from your cart total and you can continue on to payment method.

Please note that only one discount code can be applied per order. Discount codes cannot be combined with any other promotions or offers. 

Is the product I received expired?

No, and here’s why. Korean products are traditionally labeled with a manufacturing date instead of an expiry date and have a very long shelf life, depending on each individual product and brand. So don't be alarmed if you receive a product stamped with a date prior to your actual purchase date -- we value our customers and will never sell expired products intentionally just to make a sale! As K-Beauty expands further globally, some brands have begun printing the expiration date instead of manufacturing date. Please check the characters in front of the dates to be sure:

제조 means "manufactured on"

까지 means "good until"

Are the products on Koglam 100% authentic?

Happy to answer that -- Absolutely! At Koglam, we take pride in bringing our customers only the highest quality of Korean beauty. We stand by this promise to do so with every product and this is at the heart of our company.

Every single product you see on Koglam is authentic from the respective brand. For this reason, you can be assured that whenever you are purchasing from Koglam, you are always getting 100% genuine products of the brands in Korea, and they are all coming from legitimate and safe merchandizing.

I'm placing an order as a gift, how do I make sure no prices are shown in the order?

That's great, we hope your friends and family enjoy the gift of good skin! Not to worry, no prices are ever shown in any packages we send out. 

Shipping

When will my Koglam order ship?

We process and ship out all orders Monday through Friday, not including holidays.

We try to deliver orders within 7 working days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

What are your shipping charges?

Shipping costs 250 PKR per order for delivery in any city nationwide.

Do you offer free shipping?

From time-to-time, we have a Free Shipping Promotion going on. If there is such a promotion active at the time of your shopping, you will be notified on real time, that`s a promise.

Cancellations and Returns

Can I cancel my order?

Email us or reach out to us on our socials with your order number and your cancellation request. If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we will be able to cancel it.

What is your return policy?

We’re sorry you didn’t love your new products! We want you to love your experience with Kolam and K-beauty as much as possible, which is why we’re here to help. Our policy is that we are happy to accept returns on only new and unopened products within 05 days of receipt. Please message us with your order number to process a return.

If you come across any trouble with our return process or have any questions, please reach out to us at hello@Koglam.com.

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, and we do not offer exchanges on any of our products. We cannot accept empty or more than half empty products. We will only accept unopened products. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer in the event your products are to be returned to us.

Can I exchange a product?

We do not offer direct exchanges on any of our products.

An item is missing from my package! Where is it?

We're so sorry to hear of your concern. If after you've looked into your inbox and you find no additional tracking information and your item is indeed missing, please reach out to us and we will make sure to ship this ASAP.
