  1. Product Information and Disclaimer

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date product information. However, Koglam does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information, and we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.  Clients must do their due diligence before placing the orders. It is understood implicitly that the clients have researched the products and their ingredients before placing the orders.


  1. Orders and Payment

When you place an order through our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.


  1. Shipping and Returns

We try to deliver orders within 7 working days. However, events can delay or render impossible any deliveries. No dispatches can be made on weekends, public holidays, and outside normal business hours. If no person is present at the delivery address provided by you during normal working hours, goods will be returned to us by the courier after a re-attempt. 

In case a client refuses to accept a dispatched order due to any reason, additional delivery charges will apply for their next order and in future we will only accept direct bank transfer as mode of payment from them. We reserve the right to refuse service to any client without assigning any reason.

If your parcel has been damaged in shipping, the amount for the products will be refunded based upon the damage caused to the product during shipping only. No refunds will be made in case of a product not suiting a client.

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our website, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

We are not the manufacturers of the products and are just the sellers. Koglam shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services.
